Terms of Service

These terms set out the basis on which ANP Electrical Services provides quotations, electrical installation and maintenance services.

Quotations

Fixed-price quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the information supplied during the survey; additional work identified during installation will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

Payment

For domestic work under £1,000 payment is due on completion. For larger projects we request a deposit and stage payments agreed in writing at the point of quotation.

Warranty

All installation work is covered by the NAPIT Insurance Backed Guarantee for six years from completion. Repairs and service work carry a 12-month workmanship warranty.

Liability

ANP Electrical Services carries £5 million public liability and £10 million employers liability insurance. Copies available on request.

Cancellation

Consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply to off-premises contracts. You have 14 days to cancel from the date of signing unless you have requested work to begin sooner and signed to acknowledge loss of the cancellation right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
