Most of the homes we work in were built long before the modern 18th Edition wiring regulations existed. That means older consumer units, two-core cabling behind the skirting, and the occasional surprise junction box hidden in a loft. We handle all of it calmly, explain what we find, and never pressure you into work that is not needed.
Because we live locally we are often back within an hour if a tripping circuit or dead ring main is making life miserable. Weekends and bank holidays included — an electrical fault does not respect the working week.
Every domestic job is booked in writing with a fixed price, tested with calibrated instruments, and signed off with the relevant compliance certificate posted to you (and where applicable, notified to your local building control under Part P).

Do you charge a call-out fee?
No standard call-out fee for quotes within 15 miles of Cannock. For emergency callouts outside working hours we charge a clear, fixed first-hour fee — always agreed before we set off.
Are you Part P certified?
Yes. ANP Electrical Services is NAPIT registered, which means we are a Competent Person under Part P of the Building Regulations. We can self-certify notifiable domestic work.
Do you work weekends?
